Mountain View Studio Cabin
Enjoy our unique hillside log cabin that gives a sense you're living up in the trees! On a clear day, Mountain View Studio Cabin has a panoramic view across the Wye Valley to the mountains of South Wales with Sugar Loaf mountain standing out on the horizon. Our studio cabin is offered on a self-catering basis.

Accommodation details
The accommodation is studio style and the standard is executive class. The shower room is spacious and inviting.
The kitchen area has modern styling and is well equipped. It includes a fridge, 2 ring induction hob, microwave with grill/microwave combination and all pans and utensils suitable for both. Of course, there is also a full set of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils. Tea towels are in the drawer and cutting boards. There are tea bags, coffee and sugar in the cupboard to get you started plus a start up amount of cooking oil and herbs and spices.
The sofa bed is made by Feather and Black with their usual attention to comfort. It folds out into a standard double suitable for a couple of average sizes. Bed linen, duvet, pillows and towels are all provided. Bathrobes are also supplied.
The location is a naturist location. Besides seasoned naturists, the Studio Cabin will also suit couples who don't think of themselves as naturists but have enjoyed stays in naturist resorts abroad.
Note: the Studio Cabin is only suitable for those who don't have problems climbing flights of steps. There are a lot of steps to climb ascending up to the studio cabin. The view is worth the climb! The cabin is at the top level of our hillside property.
All-season, all-weather welcome!
Mountain View Studio Cabin is an all-season, all-weather modern log cabin. In the Summer its build and location keeps it pleasantly cool even in the hottest of weather.
Hot tub
The hot tub is on the front patio of the main house. It has an array of massaging jacuzzi jets. It is a special place just to relax in the quietness of the location. It's a deliciously warm place to be outside and enjoy the creation around you.
The hot tub is ready to use all-year round all day long. In the snow is the best time ever for the hot tub. If it rains we put up a sail canopy. Please note that swimwear is not allowed in the hot tub. It is for naked use only.
Sunny patio and lawns
The patio with loungers is just below the main house. Hedges and trellis provide privacy. It is a well sheltered spot so that any time the sun shines nude sunbathing is possible giving opportunity to get an all over tan.
The sunbathing lawns and our wonderful decking area are in the garden above the main house and below the studio cabin. This is a great place to chill out to the sound of bird song. The high location gives you a tremendous right over the roof of the main house across to the hills of South Wales on the other side of the Wye Valley.
Enjoy the sun on the lawns from midday to early evening (or get sun in the morning on the lower patio by the hot tub). In the lawn area you can use the table and chair set, the sun loungers or lay out on a picnic rug. It's a place of quiet, secluded liberty. The garden is surrounded on two sides by woodland. It's like a woodland glade.
The lower of the two lawns is level and large enough to play scaled-down badminton. We have a badminton set. Besides sunbathing it's a versatile space for a variety of activities or games.
Internet TV and broadband access
The studio cabin has wall-mounted monitor providing access to internet channels, catchup channels and even live TV. The monitor has Bang and Olufsan built in speakers.
Wireless access to broadband is available via a local network extender in the cabin.
